  Formatting Toolbar In Excel

1.     Merge and center = select cells and merge into one cell, this will center the first cell data if any data in another cell, then that will be deleted, we can’t return back to it after demerge.

2.    Currency style = Convert data (Numeric cell) into currency style.

3.    Percentage style = Convert Numeric cell to Percentage and Multiply Number by 100%.

4.    Comma style = Insert comma in group of 3 Numbers

5.    Increase Decimal place = it will increase the decimal place

6.    Decrease decimal place = it will decrease the decimal place.

7.    Decrease indent = it will decrease the indent

8.    Increase indent = it will increase the indent.

9.    Border to Cells=  a.     All

                                     b.    Outside

                                     c.     Inside
